We are just few months into 2020 but there are many things happening around us. I have many plans coming up for this year but some I had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances.
I was planning to go back to Sibale, Philippines but had to cancel it due to earthquake and active volcanic activity at Ta'al volcano.
Then comes COVID-19 disease. People are scare to go to public places where there are large crowd gatherings. Not to mention where public transportation and flights are also affected by this. People rush to cancel flights. Airlines have to cut budgets due to less demand for travels. We have seen people buy stuffs and emptied food cabinets in the market in preparation of self-isolation and quarantine (if required).
Throughout the history of humans, this type of diseases exist and had killed millions of people before us. We are not prepare for something like this.
It's a crazy world we live at the moment. Let's hope in the coming months, everything will be better.
