My December

Monday, December 01, 2014

Welcome to December!

How's life? How's everything? How have you been for the past 11 months? What about your goals that you set early this year, have you closed some of it or achieve it?

I, myself like many other people around the world on every new year, we like to list down our aims or wish lists to do for the rest of the year. I did mention in my blog sometimes in March that I wanted to travel to Euro, dive in an open water and hiking Mount Kinabalu... I did my euro trip in July/August and I registered myself at Poni Divers for the open water course in September. Completed my open water course yesterday too! Now waiting to sit for the exam this coming Saturday. Wish me luck! What about hiking at Mount Kinabalu? Hmmm... next year!

Sometimes people would make fun or laugh at your dreams but believe me, if you accomplished your dreams. They will more interested to know what are you going to do next. They envy you. I envy people for their awesome weird dreams or something that is impossible for you to achieve it at the first place.

I didn't go to work today. I woke up late. I took my time to shower. Weather was awesome in the morning. A good start for my December!

What life really means...

Sunday, December 02, 2012

It was a great night last night. Spent my whole night with the rest of my old buddies, dinner at Buan Gusto and watched 'The Life of Pi' at the new Cinema (Times Square). I can say most of my weekends this month are 'free'. Free in a sense that I can go out with my friends/families either for dinner, movies, bowling, or etc ;)

I am impress with the storyline of 'The Life of Pi'. It sent a deep message to everyone who watch it. A great life lessons. It showed how the hardship of a young man who had to travel for many months in a small boat across the pacific ocean after his cargo ship sunk during a bad weather. I haven't finish the sentence yet. Lol. He had to travel in a small boat with the most furious animal, a Bengal tiger. A BENGAL TIGER?!!! SERIOUSLY??!!

I may not live for more than 3 days in an open sea with a TIGER!!!! The movie also shows how a religion can bring peace to himself and to trust God. The movie reminds of me when I was a kid. I'm a freethinker. I went to churches and study Islamic books. I believe God is exist. I don't pick which religion is better or what, but if you want to have peace within yourself, God is there to guide us.

I highly recommend people to watch the movie. Each and everyone of us has a different life story but you will learn something after you watch it. It will change your views of what life really means. Trust me. Go watch it! ;)

Or if you don't like that kind of movie, Twilight is still playing. LOL.

Olla,

It's that time of the year again where everyone is looking forward. DECEMBER. It's here!

How's everyone is doing throughout this year? Good? I myself don't know where to start but I'm sure there's a lot to share considering you have live more than 300+ days this year and counting. You know what they say, 'Every day is a new day'. Right. I may go for or against that statement.

I don't know if it is just me or anyone also feels that even though tomorrow is a brand new day but you still doing the same things everyday. We never really live the day. It has becomes routine. Sigh. I'm trying to figure out why this happening more and more often now. LOL.

2012 has been a great year for me. I can see myself being so busy everyday. WORK, UNI and SLEEP.  It's so hard for me to get a beautiful 7-8hours of sleep nowadays especially now the class mostly ends at 10pm because of the new rule.

I'm in my final year and all I can say is.....HELL YEAH!!! JUST BRING IT! I can't wait for my course to end but I am also worry about FYP! We haven't started anything yet. SIGH. Doing last minute assignments or project fall under my expertise. I'm a certified procrastinator. Despite of having a hardship to balance my work life balance, I am grateful that God gives me a healthy body to overcome it.

This December... I have not plan anything yet. Haven't decide where I should go for vacation. Maybe Bahamas? Lol. *wishful thinking*

December!

Hello December!

I can't wait for my awesome 25th B'day! :)

What's new?

Sunday, October 30, 2011

Okay.... what's new?

Hmmm... Let me think.... for October updates? *long sigh*

It has been a really hectic month for me. HECTIC. I don't really have a good 8 hours of sleep nowadays. Sleeps deprive! Yes. You read it.

You see... I don't really have a life after I continue my study which I did mention about it sometimes in September. I miss my routine jog which I always do 3 times a week but now I can merely have the time to run even just once in a week. If i did, I consider it as LUCKY!

It has been a terrible month for me… But I am grateful that I still survive it after 5 weeks! Two more weeks then, mid-semester break in December. Yay! I already booked my leave for almost 3 weeks in December to free myself and sort many unfinished business. Lol.

I know I can be stress at any time but I don’t think you have to make it such a big deal if you can handle it. Right? You just have to find a way how to fix it.

Don’t stress too much. Lets sing!

Travel Experience: Singapore

Wednesday, December 30, 2009

Biar aku ceta dari awal hingga ke akhr... atu pun if aku ingat jua.. haha.

We booked our ticket sometime in October coz we don't want to rush and do it last minute. We had planned our journey, what to bring, where to visit, what to buy and etc. We were counting days and the adrenaline rushed so high that I couldn’t sleep properly for few days before our departure. I booked the company car to send me to the airport. Guess what? The car already arrived at my home at 5am in the morning! Our departure time was at 7.40am geeezzzz luckily I woke up so early that day. While waiting for others, I went to the ATM hoping that I could withdraw few hundreds. At least I have cash in my hand just to be on the safe side BUT the ATM machine was down! Sigh. Never mind. I had applied for the debit card which means I can withdraw at any ATM which accepts VISA card. Heaven!

So.. nazmi, acai, kimah, sherman and zul… we were in Singapore during Christmas!!! *ahax* am I skip? Anyway… the first time I realised about Singapore is…. The city is cleannnnnnnnn! I mean.. seriously…. Very cleannnn. We checked in at Carlton Hotel which is situated near to Raffles City. The hotel is near to mall and shopping complexes. I’m so amaze about Singapore! Most of the mall is so big that we sometime spent the whole day just in one mall. Geez… We went to Raffles City, Suntec, Bugis street, Bugis junction, Marina square, Funan, Sim Lim, IKEA and etc. oh oh wait... we were in Singapore for 6 days!!! Yeah… you read it… 6 DAYS!!! We spent our monay crazily and shopping till drop like there is no tomorrow. Both my foots were in pain… guys, let me remind you… DON’T GO SHOPPING WITH WOMAN IN SINGAPORE. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Seriously, it is heaven for woman to go shopping there… everywhere you see they sell clothes, bags, shoes and etc plus… the PRICE IS DAMN CHEAP FOR BRANDED LABEL. I can say… Singapore is dominant by woman shops! Sigh.

Do you read my previous post about the HTC HD2 phone? I bought it there!! HAHAHAHAHA. INI MACAM (Y)!! Sim lim square is heaven for electronic and IT stuffs. We spent thousands of dollar thereeee… crazy! I spent roughly around 1.5k there… while… acai.. she spent more than 3k…. geez… that sim lim is evil. EVILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! HAHAHAHAHA

Anyhow… If you are looking for halal food there… hmm… I don’t think there is many malay restaurant. We were eating fast food only. King burger. KFC. Pizza Hut. Mc’D. You name it. HAHA. Oh oh.. STARBUCKS too! But… the only thing that I dislike is… TAX!!!!!! You buy drink, TAX. You buy food, TAX. You buy chocolate, TAX. You fart, TAX. HAHAHA. Everywhere is TAX but for tourist… if you spend more than $100, you can claim the tax =)

Christmas there is soooooooooooo great!! One of the best Christmas experience =) We were at Orchard road for Christmas eve! Everybody sprayed that artificial foam which looks like the actual snow to everyone who passed the traffic light. Crazy! It was so great.

Overall… Singapore is the best damn country to visit. I can’t wait for our next vacation again! =)

P/S: Sorry.. no picture :) *I will upload it to fb... maybe*
